This month, we’re celebrating Marc Lewis‘ 1-year anniversary at JMP!

What were your thoughts and feelings when you first joined JMP?

I was really excited to step back into the world of sports marketing – it’s something I’ve always been passionate about. Joining JMP felt like a real step up in terms of responsibility and career development, and I was genuinely eager to learn and grow. A year later, I’m even more excited to keep pushing forward, developing my skills, and seeing what the future holds.

Has there been a particular techniques you’ve developed that you didn’t expect to use?

When I first joined JMP, my experience with Premiere Pro was fairly limited, but over the past year, I’ve massively developed those skills. I’ve also sharpened my time management skills, as well as expanded my understanding of how different social media platforms like YouTube and TikTok operate from a performance and content perspective.

How has working with the team influenced your creative process?

Working at JMP has taught me a lot about collaboration. The creative process isn’t just about individual talent – it’s about teamwork, problem-solving, and collective effort. My approach has shifted to focus not just on delivering strong work personally, but on helping enable others’ success too. A win for the team is a win for me, and that’s a mindset I’ve really developed here.

If you had to sum up your first year at JMP in three words, what would they be and why?

Challenging, Difficult, and Exciting — but in the best possible way! Growth doesn’t happen without being pushed outside your comfort zone.

“Marc Lewis is now indisputable as the GOAT. There are people that compare the likes of the Sidemen in terms of content creation. But in terms of the joy that they give you when you watch their content, there’s nobody that compares with Marc.”
